How we work

In transactions involving the marketing/use of real estate, we focus first on selecting the optimal legal formula for the use of the proceeds, particularly taking into account tax and regulatory issues. We are assisted in selecting the best form of use of the property by our many years of experience and contacts with entities in the property development, property management and shopping centre operators, so that we are up to date with the latest solutions available. Owing to our experience, we can comprehensively prepare and implement the chosen transaction or usage model for each property individually.

Professional experience

Since its inception, our Law Firm has worked closely with real estate owners and property managers, providing legal services to the largest Polish developers (including public companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange). As a result, we are familiar with the specifics of the various market sectors (residential, commercial, office and industrial real estate).

Capital transactions also require an in-depth analysis of the real estate owned by business entities as assets of very significant value and often of key importance to these entities This know-how further enhances the Law Firm’s position on the market, benefiting our Clients and their business ventures.
