Attorney-at-law and tax adviser specialising in business and tax law. She has over 10 years of experience in legal and tax advisory in the area of company transformations, mergers and transactions involving enterprises and their assets, as well as in preparing optimised concepts for business restructuring of entities, capital groups and the wealthiest Polish entrepreneurs and their Families.

Comprehensive tax advice offered to entities operating business activity, including the implementation of the so-called Estonian CIT, and in matters concerning the taxation of family foundations
Tax structuring of capital transactions (transformations, mergers, demergers, non-cash contributions, operations on an enterprise and its organised part)
Tax risk management
Tax compliance (including reporting of real estate companies, reports to the NBP)
Conducting tax reviews
Support in IRS tax audits and tax proceedings
Advising on the taxation of transactions with foreign entities
Preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including for closed-end investment funds
Preparation of requests for tax rulings

Study under the Erasmus+ Programme at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki,
