She has over 10 years of experience in legal and tax advisory in the area of company transformations, mergers and transactions involving enterprises and their assets, as well as in preparing optimised concepts for business restructuring of entities, capital groups and the wealthiest Polish entrepreneurs and their Families.

  • Tax compliance (including reporting of real estate companies, reports to the NBP)
