Specialization:
Lawyer specialising in business law, company law and civil law. His practice at the Law Firm includes the preparation of transaction documentation in M&A processes involving, inter alia, foreign entities. preparation of analyses in the area of commercial and civil law, as well as ongoing corporate services for business entities (including commercial law companies and partnerships).

- Capital transactions: M&A / Investment / Venture Capital
- Reorganisations: mergers / demergers / transformations
Professional experience:
- M&A transactions in the preparation of documentation for resolutions of company bodies, merger and demerger plans, analysis of contracts
- Participation in transactional processes, including the analysis and drafting of loan agreements and, in particular, the analysis and drafting of security documents and the preparation of applications to the registry of pledges and applications to the land and mortgage registry
- Conducting analyses for complex corporate disputes and for the purpose of carrying out transactions (e.g. in the area of mortgages, pledges, assignments of receivables, challenges to resolutions of companies)
Education:
- Law student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow
- School of Spanish Law organised by the Jagiellonian University in collaboration with the University of Alicante and the University of Granada
- Diploma in English Law & Legal Skills course organised by the British Law Centre (ongoing)
