Lawyer specialising in business law and company law. His practice at the Law Firm includes the development and implementation of restructuring processes for capital groups using domestic and foreign legal structures, comprehensive services for family foundations, as well as ongoing corporate services for business entities (including commercial law companies).

- Restructuring of capital groups using domestic and foreign legal structures, including preparation of documentation for mergers (including cross-border mergers), transformations and transactions using corporate trading
- Comprehensive service of commercial law companies, including incorporation of companies and preparation of corporate documentation, as well as drafting and negotiating the content of contracts concluded in the course of the company’s day-to-day operations
- Comprehensive services within succession planning processes, including family foundation formation and equipping them with assets, as well as the ongoing maintenance of family foundations
Education:
- Studied law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (graduated with honours)
- Study under the Erasmus+ Programme (Faculteit Rechten) at the University of Antwerp
