Specialization:

An advocate specialising in business law, in particular company law and capital market law. She has extensive experience in M&A transaction advisory and investment processes (including preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation, conducting due diligence audits for the purpose of M&A transactions) and in advising on the processes of introduction of financial instruments to trading on the regulated market (the Warsaw Stock Exchange), which she gained at renowned law firms and in the office of the Ombudsman. Currently, her professional practice focuses on participation in M&A capital transactions, corporate advisory, creation and reorganisation of international capital structures.

  • Restructuring of capital groups using domestic and foreign legal structures, including preparation of documentation for mergers (including cross-border mergers), conversions and transactions using corporate trading
  • Advising on a joint venture agreement for the joint investment and establishment of a joint venture company for the largest private airline operating in Poland
  • Advising on IPO, SPO and ABB processes
