Specialization:
Attorney-at-law and tax adviser specialising in company law and tax law. She has more than 20 years of experience in legal and tax advisory in the area of transformations, mergers and transactions on enterprises and their assets and in preparing optimised concepts of business restructuring of entities, capital groups and the richest Polish entrepreneurs and their Families.

Professional experience:
- Comprehensive tax advice offered to entities operating business activity, including the implementation of the so-called Estonian CIT, and in matters concerning the taxation of family foundations
- Tax structuring of capital transactions (transformations, mergers, demergers, non-cash contributions, operations on an enterprise and its organised part)
- Ongoing legal advisory on the conduct of business, in particular on the creation of corporate documentation, and preparation and review of business contracts
- Support in IRS tax audits and tax proceedings
- Preparation of requests for tax rulings

- Law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow
- Postgraduate course ‘Taxes in business management’ offered by the Cracow University of Economics
- Postgraduate course ‘Criminal-Tax Law and Fiscal Proceedings’ offered by the Jagiellonian University
- Qualified as an accountant and mediator in civil and commercial matters; entered onto the list of attorneys-at-law in 2005
- She is listed as a fully-qualified attorney-at-law and tax adviser with the respective professional organisations
