Specialization:
Attorney-at-law specialising in business law, in particular company law. She has extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal services to companies from various industries, including state-owned companies, in the area of transactional consultancy (including negotiation of commercial contracts, leases, conducting legal audits of companies) and in the area of reorganisation of companies and capital groups, which she gained in renowned law firms and international entities of the financial and tax consultancy industry. Currently, her professional practice is focused on corporate advisory, creation and reorganisation of international capital structures, participation in M&A capital transactions. She advises clients in connection with family wealth management and generational succession in the Private Clients practice, in particular using the institution of a Polish family foundation.

Professional experience:
- Family foundations formation (including registration in the register of family foundations) and legal services to family foundations (e.g. when equipping the founders with key assets such as shares in public companies listed on the WSE)
- Cross-border restructuring of the capital group of one of Poland’s largest manufacturers of ready meals, with the aim, among other things, of creating a structure that allows the implementation of a transaction with a financial investor
- Implementing a holding structure for electricity traders with a closed-end investment fund
- Reorganisation of companies in the renewable energy sector, including the acquisition of a company, the spin-off of organised parts of a company and the demerger of a company
- Several reorganisation processes of business entities (transformations, mergers, divisions) of both national and cross-border nature
- Incentive programmes for key employees and company board members
- Dozens of due diligence processes for real properties and business entities
Education:
- Studied law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (graduated with honours)
- Study under the Erasmus+ Programme at the department of Commercial and Business Law at Linköpings Universitet in Sweden
- Attorney-at-law training at the Regional Chamber of Attorney-at-laws in Krakow (entered onto the list of attorneys-at-law in 2022)
