Specialization:
Attorney-at-law specialising in business law, in particular company law, capital markets and
comprehensive legal services for companies. He has extensive experience in the creation and
reorganisation of capital structures and providing legal services for companies from the
moment of their incorporation, through ongoing legal support of their operations, obtaining
financing for strategic projects, to M&A restructuring processes. He has gained such
invaluable professional experience over the years in a number of renowned law firms in
Poland.
Currently, his professional practice is focused on corporate advisory, creation and
reorganisation of international capital structures, including domestic and international deals,
as well as participation in M&A capital transactions. He advises clients in connection with
family wealth management and generational succession, in particular using the structure of
the Polish family foundation.
He is a member of Supervisory Boards of companies quoted on the NewConnect.

- Academic teacher and member of the Economic and Commercial Law research team at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice
