Lawyer specialising in business law, company law and civil law. His practice at the Law Firm includes the preparation of transactional documents in the restructuring process involving, inter alia, foreign entities, comprehensive services to family foundations, as well as ongoing corporate services for business entities (including commercial law companies).

- Capital transactions in the scope of preparing documents, such as draft resolutions of corporate bodies, merger and demerger plans, participation in due diligence procedures of business entities
- Ongoing legal services to business entities, including commercial law companies and partnerships, e.g. with regard to bond and equity issuance
- Comprehensive services within succession planning processes, including family foundation formation and equipping them with assets, as well as the ongoing maintenance of family foundations
Education:
- Law student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow
