His practice at the Law Firm includes the preparation of transactional documentation in restructuring processes involving, inter alia, foreign entities, rendering comprehensive services for family foundations, as well as providing ongoing corporate services for business entities (including commercial law companies).

- Debt financing transactions (loan transactions, bond issues), preparation of collateral agreements and other documents

- Studied law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow,
