His practice at the Law Firm includes the preparation of transactional documentation in restructuring processes involving, inter alia, foreign entities, rendering comprehensive services for family foundations, as well as providing ongoing corporate services for business entities (including commercial law companies).
Active member of the Jagiellonian University’s student scientific organisations, the Council of Scientific Circles and the ELSA Krakow association. Coordinator of the “Podcast Tax(St)ation” project within the TBSP Tax Law Academic Circle of the Jagiellonian University and representative of the Jagiellonian University in the international arbitration competition – Willem C. Vis Moot.
