Wiesław Oleś is an attorney-at law and founder of the Oleś Rysz Sarkowicz Law Firm, widely recognised for his work with private clients on complex legal and tax matters. He advises Polish entrepreneurs on succession planning, and he has for many years overseen the establishment and intergenerational transfer of family businesses for individuals featured on the prestigious ‘Forbes’ and ‘Puls Biznesu’ lists. Wiesław Oleś combines deep knowledge of Polish law with extensive experience in cross-border matters, particularly involving the regulations of Luxembourg, Portugal, Malta, Cyprus and the Netherlands.

Wiesław Oleś has over 30 years’ experience in the restructuring of corporate groups, including family foundations, closed-end investment funds and foreign companies. He has frequently advised financial law and capital markets law, in particular for investment funds and public companies.

Throughout his career, he has led numerous innovative legal projects, including the establishment of Poland’s largest private investment fund and the completion of Poland’s first cross-border merger.
