Wieslaw Oleś specialises in providing comprehensive legal and tax advice to business owners and national and international capital groups.
Wiesław Oleś supports Polish entrepreneurs in succession planning projects and, for many years, has successfully carried out processes of building family businesses of the largest Polish entrepreneurs from the “Forbes” and “Puls Biznesu” lists and their intergenerational transfer. He provides legal and tax advisory services to entities operating on the domestic and foreign markets, including Luxembourg, Portugal, Malta, Cyprus and the Netherlands.
Wieslaw Oleś has over 30 years of experience in reorganisation processes of capital groups, including family foundations, closed-end investment funds and foreign companies.
He has advised on numerous occasions in the area of financial law and the capital market, in particular for investment funds and public companies. He is a member of supervisory boards of a number of public and private companies.
In the course of his career, Wieslaw Oleś has led a number of innovative legal projects, including the creation of Poland’s largest private investment fund, Poland’s first cross-border merger and advising on Poland’s first registered family foundation.
Wieslaw Oleś is a lawyer individually recommended in the Rzeczpospolita ranking in the category “Advising Private Clients (Private Clients)”.
