Professional experience:
- Representation of clients in court proceedings concerning challenges to resolutions of commercial company bodies, both on the side of the parties challenging the resolutions and on the side of the companies
- Participation in arbitration proceedings concerning the exclusion of a shareholder from a limited liability company
- Preparation and negotiation of company law agreements, including articles of association and agreements for the sale of shareholding rights in business entities
