Specialization:
An attorney-at-law specializing in real estate law, development law, as well as employment and labor law. He brings with him many years of experience in real estate consultancy, including due diligence assessments and providing services to developers involved in real estate investments or their commercialization. He offers guidance on issues stemming from lease or rental agreements and negotiates the terms of contracts for real estate sales (preliminary agreements, conditional agreements, etc.).
Providing comprehensive legal support to entities engaged in the investment process (including investors, contractors, and designers), he represents clients in administrative proceedings and court disputes related to real estate investments and construction processes. Piotr Gawlik has garnered extensive expertise through his tenure in prestigious law firms and through independent practice as a sole practitioner.

- Comprehensive legal advice to entities involved in the investment process: preparation and negotiation of construction contracts, design work contracts (including those based on FIDIC), construction project financing agreements, etc., and legal representation in proceedings concerning construction investments.
