Specialization:
Advocate specialising in business law, in particular company law and investment contract law. He has extensive experience in creating and reorganising capital structures and legal services for companies from their establishment, through ongoing legal support of their operation, obtaining financing for strategic projects and M&A restructuring processes. At present, his professional practice focuses on corporate advisory, participation in M&A transactions in both share deal and asset deal models, among others, by drafting investment agreements and their negotiation.

Professional experience:
- A transaction to acquire one of the largest shopping malls in northern Poland by a family-owned group
- Comprehensive advice on the investment process for the acquisition and expansion of a waste processing plant; the SPV shares were acquired by an entity that is part of a family-owned group
- Obtaining financing for a Polish company in the industrial services sector from a foreign investor
- Several reorganisation processes of business entities (transformations, mergers, divisions) in capital groups
- Several due diligence processes of entities
Education:
- Law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow
- Postgraduate studies in investment and construction law at the Institute of Law, Administration and Economics of the Pedagogical University named after the Commission of National Education in Krakow
