Specialization:
Attorney-at-law specialising in civil and commercial law, in particular company law, with a particular focus on complex reorganisation processes involving Polish and foreign entities. She has extensive experience in project financing, contract negotiation and comprehensive ongoing services.
Currently, as part of her professional practice, she also advises clients in connection with family wealth management and generational succession in the Firm’s Private Clients practice, in particular using the institution of the Polish family foundation.

- Reorganisations: mergers / demergers / transformations
- Financing: documentation, including collateral and security
- Corporate consultancy and compliance
- Contract consultancy: commercial / IP / international contracts
- Management of family wealth / succession
Education:
- Law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow
- Attorney-at-law training at the Regional Chamber of Attorneys-at-law in Warsaw (entry onto the list of attorneys-at-law in 2016)
- American Law Program organised in cooperation with Chicago – Kent College of Law
