An attorney-at-law and partner specialising in handling complex, multi-faceted projects relating to the structuring of corporate groups and the reorganisation of companies. He has extensive experience in providing strategic advice to leading Polish businesses and international capital groups, with a particular focus on relations between partners or shareholders. His practice includes comprehensive support for M&A transactions in relation to tax and corporate matters, as well as handling complex proceedings in corporate disputes. He is an expert in the use of advanced legal vehicles, such as family foundations, closed-end investment funds (FIZ) and offshore structures. He also advises on financial law and capital markets, supporting public companies and funds in raising debt finance (loans, bond issues).
