Krzysztof Rysz specialises in conducting multi-faceted and extensive legal projects in the area of capital group structuring, business reorganisation and shareholder relations of commercial law companies and partnerships, working with leading Polish entrepreneurs.

He provides strategic advice to business owners and national and international capital groups, handles national and international capital structures, advises on M&A transactions in tax and corporate aspects and handles litigation in the area of corporate disputes.

He has extensive experience in group reorganisation processes, including family foundations, closed-end investment funds and foreign companies.

He has advised on a number of occasions in the area of financial law and the capital market, in particular to investment funds, public companies and companies raising finance in the form of credit or bond issues.

Krzysztof is the author of the BeckDirect modules (in CH Beck Publishing’s Legalis system) containing practical guidance on dispute resolution in a limited liability company.

Over the course of his career, Krzysztof has led a number of innovative legal projects, including Poland’s first investment loan to a closed-end investment fund and advising on Poland’s first registered family foundation.

Krzysztof is an individually recommended lawyer in Rzeczpospolita’s ranking in the category ‘Commercial, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions’ (from 2022).

Wykształcenie:

  • Law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (graduated with honours)
  • Advocate trainee at the Krakow Bar Association (entered onto the list of advocates in 2013)
  • Entered onto the list of attorneys-at-law in 2015
  • Completed postgraduate studies at the Cracow University of Economics in the area of Tax Consultancy
  • Graduate of the Project Management Programme using the TenStep methodology
