Specialization:
Attorney-at-law specialising in business law and company law. He represents parties before common courts and arbitration courts. He advises clients on issues related to disputes in the area of business law and company law and provides corporate services to companies in connection with contracts in business transactions. He has extensive experience in the area of debt collection and in the area of real estate (due diligence audits and handling real estate transactions), which he has gained at renowned law firms.

Professional experience:
- Representation of clients in court proceedings concerning challenges to resolutions of commercial company bodies, both on the side of the parties challenging the resolutions and on the side of the companies,
- Dealing with debt collection matters, from the stage of summoning the debtor to make a payment to representing the creditor’s interests in enforcement proceedings
- Representation of clients in corporate disputes, including cases of dissolution of the company at the request of one of the shareholders
- Preparation and negotiation of business contracts, including commercial contracts
Education:
- Studying law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow
- Bar training at the Regional Chamber of Attorneys-at-law in Krakow.
