She has extensive experience in providing strategic advice to businesses and legal entities in the financial sector, in particular investment funds and public companies. Her practice includes comprehensive support for M&A transactions, debt and mezzanine financing, and the implementation of employee share option schemes (ESOPs). She is an expert in establishing investment funds and alternative investment companies (ASI) under Polish and foreign law (Malta, Luxembourg, Cyprus). She provides legal and tax advisory services regarding international capital structures, including, among others, the Netherlands and Portugal.
