Specialization:
An advocate specialising in business and commercial law, particularly company law. She has extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal advice to businesses, both domestic and international, which she gained, amongst other things, whilst working with one of Poland’s largest law firms and in the legal department of a biotech company. She has assisted clients both in resolving day-to-day legal issues relating to company law and civil law, and in major restructuring and strategic projects. In her current practice, she focuses on succession and reorganisation advisory within the area of wealth management, with particular emphasis on the operational use of Polish family foundations within asset structures. In addition, she provides ongoing corporate legal support for the activities of Polish family foundations and entrepreneurs.

Professional experience:
- Assistance with the process of transferring shares in a public limited company held by individuals to family foundations, including negotiations regarding amendments to the company’s articles of association and the investment agreement with an institutional investor, and the submission of a notification to the relevant minister pursuant to the Act on the Control of Certain Investments
- Implementation of a holding company structure for a medical sector entity, with a view to facilitating future succession or divestment
- Reorganisation of the Polish subsidiaries of an international group seated in Taiwan, including, among others, the division of a company through the spin-off of an organised part of the business, and the contractual structuring of the terms of cooperation between Polish and foreign companies in order to implement new business plans
- Providing legal and negotiation support to a client in the construction sector in connection with the conclusion of a partnership agreement with a Finnish partner for the implementation of joint ventures in the area of civil defence construction
- Legal and negotiation support for the buyer in connection with the sale of a leading energy and renewable energy website
- Numerous corporate restructuring processes, with a particular focus on corporate groups (formation/acquisition of new companies, conversions, mergers, demergers, liquidations);

- Law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (graduated with distinction),
