Education: Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.
Specialization: commercial law, companies law, civil law, securities law:
- provision of comprehensive legal support of investment processes (private equity/venture capital transactions), including preparation and negotiations of investment agreements;
- restructuring of capital groups, including transformations of companies, mergers and acquisitions;
- she is engaged in the proceedings of introducing securities to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange;
- conducting due diligences of companies for the purposes of mergers and acquisitions.
She joined the Legal Office Oleś, Rysz, Sarkowicz in 2015. She is fluent in English and communicative in German.
