- tax and commercial law:
- provision of comprehensive tax consultancy of equity transactions with participation of entities from Cypriot and Luxembourgian jurisdiction;
- provision of legal services for Clients on taxation of their business activity, with consideration of international tax regulations.
He joined the Legal Office Oleś, Rysz, Sarkowicz in 2008. He is fluent in English.
Member of the Local government Appeals Committee (financial department), lecturer at the State Higher Vocational School in Tarnów. He is the author of publications: “The qualifications of tax deductible costs of a physical person (with particular focus on the conducted business activity)”, “Tax on civil law transactions”(co-author).
