- tax and commercial law:
- provision of comprehensive tax consultancy of equity transactions with participation of entities from Cypriot and Luxembourgian jurisdiction;
- restructuring of capital groups, including transformations of companies, mergers and acquisitions.
She joined the Legal Office Oleś, Rysz, Sarkowicz in 2011. She is fluent in English and has good command of German.
