Education: Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Université d’Orléans Ecole de Droit Français - Master en droit privé (MDP), Faculty of International and Political Studies - Institute of European Studies (master degree); she completed postgraduate studies in banking law organized by the Jagiellonian University, the Department of Economic Policy and the National Bank of Poland and also graduated from the American Law Program (program organized by the Columbus School of Law of The Catholic University of America and Jagiellonian University); Université Montpellier 1 (Socrates Erasmus program).
Specialization: commercial law, companies law, civil law:
-    restructuring of capital groups, including transformations of companies, mergers and acquisitions;
-    provision of comprehensive legal support of equity transactions (including tax aspects), in particular with participation of entities from Cypriot and Luxembourgian jurisdiction;
-    provision of comprehensive legal support of investment processes (private equity/venture capital transactions), including preparation and negotiations of investment agreements;
-    conducting due diligences of companies for the purposes of mergers, acquisitions and privatizations.
She joined the Legal Office „Oleś&Rodzynkiewicz” in 2008. She is fluent in English and French and has communicative command of Russian.
