She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She also completed postgraduate studies “Tax advisory” at the Krakow University of Economics.
She deals with companies law and commercial law, she specializes in providing legal support for equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, including cross-border mergers, transformations conducted on the basis of the provisions of the commercial companies code and based on transfer of business enterprise. She has many years of experience in rendering legal services of the companies from real estate and financial sector. Furthermore, she provides legal support for transactions connected with issuance of debt securities and transactions on implementation of incentive schemes for managers. She is engaged in legal support for the management company of the investment funds and transactions carried out by the investment funds. She has extensive experience in corporate law. She joined the Legal Office "Oleś & Rodzynkiewicz" currently "Oleś, Rysz, Sarkowicz" in 2005. She is fluent in English.
