Junior Lawyer specializing in business and corporate law. His practice at the Firm includes the preparation of transactional documentation in reorganization processes involving foreign entities, including comprehensive services for family foundations, as well as rendering ongoing corporate services for business entities (including commercial companies and partnerships).

- Laureate of the 19th Scholarship Competition of KKG Legal and the Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Jagiellonian University for the best law students

- Ongoing legal services for business entities, including commercial law companies and partnerships, including in the area of issuing bonds and shares
- Comprehensive services regarding succession planning processes, including establishing family foundations and equipping them with assets, as well as rendering ongoing services to family foundations
- Supporting the Firm’s lawyers in representing clients in court proceedings concerning challenges to resolutions of commercial company bodies, both on the side of the entities filing lawsuits regarding the resolutions and on the side of the defendants

- Law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow
- Study programme under Erasmus+ for Giurisprudenza at Sapienza Università in Rome
