Specialization:
A trainee advocate specialising in civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment projects and intra-group reorganisations. He advises on projects involving businesses from various sectors of the economy, including private investors, private equity funds and venture capital firms. He has gained experience in international law firms, working on complex transactions requiring close cooperation with transaction, tax and financial advisers, as well as financing institutions.
