Specialization:
Lawyer specialising in civil law and business law, in particular company law. She gained experience in law firms in Kraków and Warsaw, dealing, among others, with comprehensive
services for business entities related to the IT and new technologies industry (including technology start-ups). In her professional capacity, she was involved in cooperation with scientific units at the Jagiellonian University, participating in projects focused on analysing problems at the interface between law and new technologies. During her studies, she was an active member of the student scientific organisations affiliated to the Jagiellonian University, dealing with business law in the broadest sense. She defended her Master’s thesis entitled ‘Share capital of a simple joint-stock company’ at the Chair of Private Business Law of the Faculty of Law of the Jagiellonian University.
Professional experience:
- Day-to-day corporate services for commercial law companies in Polish and English;
- Drafting and negotiating contracts concluded as part of the day-to-day operations of the operators;
- Participation in corporate reorganisation transactions – mergers, demergers and transformations.

- Student at the “Intellectual Property and New Media Law” programme at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University (in progress).
