Specialisation:
Junior lawyer specialising in civil law and private business law, in particular company law. Her practice at the Firm includes participation in the ongoing comprehensive legal service of business entities, including family foundations. She also participates in the preparation of transactional documentation for reorganisation processes, including those involving foreign entities.
Areas of expertise:
- Capital transactions: M&A / Investments / Venture Capital
- Management of family wealth / succession
Professional experience:
- Ongoing legal services to business entities, including commercial law companies, e.g. with regard to bond and share issues.
- Preparing corporate documentation necessary for the implementation of capital transactions including, inter alia, sale agreements, resolutions of company bodies and information memoranda.
- Supporting succession planning processes, including setting up family foundations, equipping them with assets and their ongoing maintenance.
- Offering legal support in reorganisation processes of business entities.
Education:
- Fifth-year student in the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow
- Student in the School of American Law programme organised by the Jagiellonian University in Krakow together with the Columbus School of Law CUA in Washington, DC
- First-year student of "Intellectual Property and New Media Law" at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków
Distinctions:
- She is a multiple recipient of the Jagiellonian University Recto’s Scholarship for outstanding academic performance and scientific achievements; she is a two-time recipient of the Jagiellonian University Rector’s Award for special organisational activity for the benefit of the Jagiellonian University.
- I place in the 6th National Moot Court Competition in Civil Law and Procedure “CIVILIS”
