Specialisation:
Attorney-at-law specializing in civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment projects and the negotiation of complex commercial and investment agreements. For many years she has been advising business entities from various sectors of the economy, including private investors, private equity and venture capital funds. She has extensive experience in managing multi-faceted projects requiring close cooperation with transactional, tax and financial advisors and financing institutions. In her work, she combines in-depth knowledge of regulations with a pragmatic approach to the Client’s needs, treating the law as a tool for building sustainable and effective business solutions.

- Conducting investment processes – preparing and negotiating investment agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and security and post-transaction documentation
- Advising on commercial contracts – supply, framework, IP, IT, new technologies – both in domestic and international trade
- Conducting due diligence projects (corporate/legal) in acquisitions of companies in various industries
- Handling bank, fund and private financing – including collateral documentation and agreements governing the financing structure
- Advising on the reorganization of capital groups involving investment funds and foreign entities
- Rendering advice to corporate bodies – including corporate responsibilities, ownership structures and corporate governance
- Preparing documentation for incentive programs for key managers and board members

- Law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow
- Jagiellonian University School of German Law in Krakow
- Postgraduate studies in copyright, publishing and press law at the Jagiellonian University
- Qualifications of a Certified ATS Advisor (2012-2013)
- Advocate Bar Training – District Advocates’ Council in Krakow
