An attorney-at-law and tax advisor specialising in tax law and reorganisation processes. She combines a legal background with a financial one and is well equipped to comprehensively analyse the tax implications of complex business transactions. In her practice, she advises on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, capital and financial structuring, investment financing and restructuring projects. She also supports clients in the Private Clients segment with regard to succession planning and the establishment of secure wealth management structures.

- Comprehensive tax advisory on the tax implications of corporate reorganisations and capital transactions, including mergers (including cross-border mergers), conversions and company divisions,
- Tax structuring of investment and transaction projects, taking into account the MDR regulations and the general anti-avoidance rule (GAAR),
- Advisory for HNWI clients on succession planning and the establishment of secure private wealth management structures, including tax advice for family foundations,
- Advice on the processes of changing tax residence and the relocation of individuals, including an analysis of the tax implications in Poland and foreign jurisdictions,
- Designing incentive schemes for key employees and members of company boards,
- Tax advice on transactions involving the issue of debt securities and on structures involving investment funds,
- Participation in legal and tax due diligence processes for business entities in connection with M&A transactions.
Education:
- Law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (completed in 2018),
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Economics in Kraków (completed in 2018),
- Qualified and listed as a tax advisor (2021),
