Junior lawyer specialising in business and tax law. His practice at the Firm includes the development and implementation of effective tax solutions using domestic and foreign legal structures, ongoing corporate services for business entities and comprehensive services for family foundations.

- Reorganisations: mergers / demergers / transformations
Professional experience:
- Preparing comprehensive legal opinions, tax analyses and formal requests for tax rulings
- Comprehensive handling of succession planning processes, including, among other things, by equipping family foundations with assets, and advising on tax aspects.
- Preparing transfer pricing documentation, reporting of tax schemes
- Ongoing legal services to business entities, including commercial law companies, including in the preparation of corporate documentation, the issuance of bonds and shares

- III place in V National Moot Court in Civil Law and Procedure “Civilis”
