Position: Attorney-at-law trainee

Specialization:
Trainee attorney-at-law, who specialises in business law, civil law and company law. She conducts due-diligence within the framework of companies, businesses and real estates. She provides legal services to business entities, including commercial law companies, companies with a State Treasury shareholding. She also offers transactional advice involving foreign entities.
Professional experience:
- Conducting and coordinating reorganisation processes of business entities (transformations, mergers, divisions of companies), comprehensive legal services for entrepreneurs, including corporate services for commercial law companies, drafting resolutions and corporate documentation of business entities;
- Preparing legal opinions and rendering legal advice on business and commercial law;
- Representing the Law Firm’s clients in court proceedings in the matters concerning, among others, business law.
Education:
- Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Faculty of Law and Administration (law studies completed with honours);
- Bar training at the Regional Chamber of Attorneys-at-law in Krakow (fully qualified and entered onto the list of attorneys-at-law in 2011)
Foreign languages:
- English – full professional proficiency
